First Sunday

Today was a our first Sunday in Italy and it was different from every other day so far. On Sundays most places are closed and the city has a relaxed atmosphere. We went to a mass in a very old church. Parts of it were almost 2000 years old! The mass was of course in Italian so it was hard to know what was going on. Later in the day we went to an international festival in the center city where there were stands with food and things to buy from countries all over the world. It was funny how we came to this one different country and were exposed to the world while here. So far everythings been amazing but the only part that will take some adjusting to is communicating and being understood by the people.
